We also thought about adding organic markets and stores. But right now we decided to focus more on concepts of which the main purpose is avoiding waste, reusing or repairing stuff or growing their own local organic food in order to avoid buying stuff. That’s the way how we think about zero waste 🙂 Of course the idea has to develop! Probably other concepts like pure organic, vegan etc. will be added in future. If they encourage the customers to bring their own containers, they can be added right away (e.g. package free department)!
